About The Print & FAQ
Thanks for visiting our photography print store. All of the photos are captured and edited by me so it contains my personal nostalgia and hopefully it will bring a good emotion to you as well.

What material is the print made from?
All photographs are printed on paper Hahnemühle paper. To give you a visualisation, this paper will give you a smooth, slightly textured finish, providing a rich, vibrant colour palette and exceptional detail. Rest assured that your print will retain its beauty for generations to come. Please note that the colour of the print would be slightly different compared to what you see in the screen.
Do you offer framing options?
All of the photographs are not come with frame
What are the exact dimensions of the print? Can I get a custom size?
The prints are coming with 3 size variation:
A3 Size (11.7’’ x 16.5’’). Suitable for poster-size, room decor, artwork collection, and gift for special occasions.
A2 Size (16.5’’ x 23.4’’). Versatile size for various rooms (living room, bedroom, dining room). Suitable also for business decoration whether for office or restaurant.
A1 Size (23.4’’ x 33.1’’). Large format print for decoration. Can be a focal points for your rooms.

How long does shipping take? What are the shipping costs? Do you offer international shipping?
Our prints will be shipped from our printing partner based on UK. Not including the printing and processing time, the shipping will take around 6-10 working days to UK and EU.
How can I track my order?
This information will be sent to you with a tracking number in an email when your order is dispatched

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Paypal
What is your return policy? Can I exchange the print for a different size or design?
Since each print is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, which also applied for changing the size and design. We understand you might have questions before purchasing, so please don't hesitate to contact us at goodmorning@djourneey.com.
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will require a photo and brief description of the damage. We will then arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you at no additional cost.
